This is indeed a PS to the review I did earlier. See name. I wanted to see if the magnesium would help with my insomnia.
I have been taking the L-threonate and after a few months I am seeing an improvement. I have had not only more sleep than I have had for ages but I believe a better quality of sleep.This is what should have been included in my original review.

Hi chris,
It's great that a company actually cares about people's health over profits....im taking a variety of supplements to get to better health naturally...I still think it's early days yet still...but complexion a bit more of a glow...and feel calmer within myself...so hoping to use long term...I have eaten and drunk so much things that are bad...I think its going to be a longer overall journey..but I long term benifits...its about time that someone takes away the poisons with our food system...but have noticed more and more people are sick over the years...super processed foods artificial sweetness.. I do look on food packaging..but have you noticed ingredient labels are getting smaller...writing smaller.....any way keep up the good work chis your the peoples champion!
