I love Ashwagandha. I work night shifts so my sleeping pattern is upside-down half the week. Often I have problems drifting off and also was waking frequently. Not any more! Now I fall asleep pretty easily and, more often than not, sleep through.

Serious Quality

I started taking Lion's Mane about a month ago in an attempt to slow down my increasing tendancy to absentmindedness. I've never really paid attention to stuff that doesn't greatly interest me with the result that bag, purse, keys, glasses etc are strewn around the house with no memory of how they got there. All those wasted hours of searching in my life! As I get older, it bothers me more - for obvious reasons.
Now, I'm beginning to notice the novel experience of hesitating before I put something down and deciding to put it where it should be - even if this means going up/down stairs - with the result that I can generally find stuff when I want to.
My attention IS better, but not 100% yet. Looking forward to more improvement next month.
