Clean Biotin

I have recently started to use Plant Sterols to address my inherited higher levels of Cholesterol from British Supplemets. At this stage I am uncertain if they are working to reduce the levels but I haven't experienced any negative effects. I will continue to take the capsules and in few months will get tested to confirm the benefits.

My mind usually races 1000mph when I'm trying to sleep, as I've had severe insomnia for over 20 years.
I'm NOT saying I can sleep for 8-10 hours every night.
What I AM saying is... my brain stops racing and thinking the most random things when I take Magnesium L-Threonate and Mucuna.
They doesn't help me 'stay' asleep, but it helps me drift off more easily because I'm not lying in bed getting annoyed that my brain wouldn't stop thinking about irrelevant things, for example: 'what outdoor coat did I used to wear when I was 5 years old?' or 'what was my high school maths teacher called?'.
Now when I climb into bed and take the Magnesium L-Threonate and Mucuna supplements, my brain falls virtually silent and I get a very calm feeling wash over me around 45 minutes after taking them.
I will sleep for around 3 hours now (I know, it doesn't sound a lot, but that is DOUBLE the time I used to get, before I started taking them.

I started taking these daily since November 2024 and thought I'd review after taking them for 3 months (primarily to see if it was the placebo effect). It's definitely NOT A PLACEBO.
These are potent and really work!
I have autism and ADHD which results in severe memory loss, hyperactivity, anxiety and insomnia.
I refused to accept the 4 different prescriptions that the "GP" attempted to push on me and thought I'd go for natural alternative.
After sending an email to British Supplements, asking for advice, I received an email off a friendly guy named Bill with possible recommendations that have reviews matching my issues. The recommendations were... Magnesium L-Threonate, Alpha GPC, Lions Mane and Mucuna L-Dopa.
I bought them all (the Mucuna L-Dopa was too potent for me and gave me awful shakes and nausea- I had to get the Mucuna 2 per day capsules instead, as the dosage is halved, so therefore no side effects).
I no longer get overstimulated, irritated/snappy & paranoid when I'm in busy public areas and my mind clarity is amazing. I can actually withhold/retain information relayed to me now, which I've not been able to do for the past 14 years. I'm still in shock how this 4 supplement stack from British Supplements works so well.
My friends and family have noticed the difference- even my workplace asked me what I was doing differently due to the 'remarkable change'. I shown them the British Supplements website, too which I received an "oooh, I'll have to order some things myself, as I've seen how well they work for you".

This is my 4th month on this, there has been a noticeable difference in my skin plumpness, and hair. Having gone through menopause, my hair skin and nails had dramatically changed, following chemotherapy some years ago, but my eyebrows have returned! I genuinely notice when I haven't taken them. Bought these for my husband as his GP put him on statins which, having checked out the NHS website, should not be taken by anyone over 70 (hubby is 73). He queried this with the GP practice, and they still prescribed them for him. I said I would like him to be around for a 'good while longer'. Meaning I didn't want to die any time soon. He has just started to take these, but does forget to take them every day. Will have wait till his next annual review with GP to see the results (which will a good few months yet as he has just had one resently). While try to remember to update you on this.
