I literally don’t know where to start! I had a very bad and stressful year and it manifested itself in my quite suddenly suffering a lot of hair loss (probably due to anxiety and just generally feeling that every day was pretty awful). I had been using another collagen supplement (generally well-regarded but after 6 months of using that I couldn’t see any discernible benefits. Having seen reviews for BS I decided to give this a try, oh my word! After a month of the collagen supplement I can honestly say that my hair loss has reduced significantly- I’ve just started adding the Biotin supplement and I think this is all making a real difference. At the worst, I would literally dread washing my hair- there would be handfuls of hair loss and it was really alarming and distressful . I now can wash my hair and gave maybe 6-8 hairs drop. I used to take the 10.000 iu vitamin D, ive not dropped it to 5,700 iu, I'm going to continue taking this dose throughout the summer, as I usually hide from the sun, and use sunscreen, these definitely work, because I paid for a test to check them out, also I don't get as many colds / germs anymore, my health has definitely improved. I also take vitamin b12, & NMN. this company is brilliant. They arrive very quickly.

I brought the lung wort to help with my sinuses, I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks and my sinuses have improved slightly. I will be carrying on with them to see if it improves any more as 2 weeks is not very long for herbal tablets

Having suffered from mild joint pain for some time now, this supplement has made an enormous difference allowing more flexibility and strength in my hands, wrists and knees.
I will definitely be ordering another 3 months worth, alongside the various other supplements I I take everyday, from British Supplements.

After suffering from heartburn, gastric and indigestion, it was discovered I had a hiatus hernia. I was prescribed Lansoprazole, which made me very ill and hallucinate. Probably, this all could have been avoided, if my doctor and the hospital had diagnosed the true cause, in the first place. Because I was on apixaban, after DVT, I was warned against alternative medicine. But, as a herbalist I knew, the only way forward for me, was to take slippery Elm and Marshmallow. I have used Herbal supplements and know how good they are. As soon as I started taking them, with my last meal, I found I was not suffering the burning sensation and feeling nauseous at night. They do work. I also bought my son in law some, as a birthday present of three months supply, as he suffers from indigestion and they have helped him too and he no longer needs Lansoprazole.

I am currently taking 3 different supplements, I am 66, female, and doing a full time, physically demanding job.

I have been using British Supplements for the past 12 months. before that I used Healthspan supplements. Although BS cost a little more, their products do not have the fillers and bulking agents used by Healthspan and Big Pharma! I was told by my doctor that I had a B12 deficiency and she prescribed me with a B12 supplement. Reading The insert for this supplement, I discovered that talcum powder as a bulking agent! It is well know that TP is carcinogenic!
