My partner and I have been supplementing D3/K2 and Lions Mane for nearly 4 months now. We started noticing a positive effect after 1 month. I cannot recommend the Lions Mane tablets enough. They are natures antidepressants. I swapped from Fluoxetine 30mg to these and feel amazing.
After first purchasing last summer I did explore the same product via other companies which i have found to be nowhere near as good. I have now returned to using the British Supplement products and now feel great as before. I will not be using any other company from now on.
My depressive symptoms have completely gone, and I have not had any side effects whatsoever that you would find with using a prescribed antidepressant. I have struggled with depression from the age of 15 and I am now 40. I would urge anyone struggling with depression to just give these a try, you really have nothing to lose :)
To early to make judgment on collagen, vit D and biotin but the Saw Pallmeto has had desired effect

I have been taking NAC, Milk thistle and Aswaganda for about a month for adenomyosis and panic attacks and I still don't see the results I would like, but I am definitely seeing improvement and will continue taking them. I would be very grateful if anyone with experience with adenomyosis/endometriosis could recommend supplements.
