I started this due to the probable health benefits, and was a bit sceptical. BUT. I am happy to report that I have definitely benefitted in a good few ways. 1st my hair is in best condition in years and grows quickly.
I have also benefitted from its diuretic properties., my ankles are not puffy and sore any more and a positive my Rheumatoid arthritis is better less inflammation in my hands and feet, and I feel mentally brighter . as does my face, long time outbreaks of spots are well reduced, .
So I am very much delighted with this product and will definitely continue with it and I can highly recommend it.

I take magnesium threonate at bedtime as this is the best form to take at that time. In the morning I either have the triple blend or magnesium glycinate for the purpose of maintaining healthy blood pressure, in addition to garlic. I don’t want any unwanted additives in my supplements so I get them from British Supplements. Maltodextrin is particularly unwanted as it can spike your blood sugar.
I have been taking NMN from BS for over a year now.
It's one of the more expensive supplements, but in my mind worth every penny.
I do take a few supplements from this great company and recently researched them all again to see if there were any I'd drop.
I have to be honest, there aren't!
My fitness levels are exceptional , I'd not run for a few months but was weight training instead.
I felt the need for a 5k run a couple of weeks ago and surpassed my expectations. Each Kilometer just got quicker. Needless to say my energy levels are excellent.

MSM, Boswellia,Silica, Lions Mane, marine collagen, creatine & magnesium. I feel fitter and stronger than I've felt in a long time. If I could ditch sugar for good I'd feel even better!!

It’s too early to really give a fair analysis as to whether there is a genuine change. I’ve also changed my diet so I’m now living a whole plant food based diet so I must also incorporate that into any positive changes?

I have been using collagen and silica for a good few months now and have definitely started to notice the difference in my nails, skin and hair. I think you need to allow the vitamins time to work but with patience they definitely make a difference. I also take vitamin D3+K2 and feel very well for my 78 years. I don’t ever really leave reviews on anything ever, but this stack has definitely made itself known and I’ve been taking them just under a month. Definite fat loss, definite muscle gain and my DOMS after training is at an all time low. I feel I can do a big session today and potentially train the same muscle group the following day rather than recovering for 3-4 days. (I don’t, but I feel I could)

I’ve been taking these for around 6 months after seeing my GP I was told my Cholesterol was 5.5 & she wanted to put me on to Statins I tried to take them but the side effects were to much fo me to handle. My daughter-in-law recommended clean plant Sterols I took then for 6 weeks & returned to my GP for another test & my Cholesterol went down to 4.5 & I was over the moon & can't speak more highly about this product if your thinking about it just try it like I did you won’t feel any disappointment.
The mega magnesium triple blend has definitely helped my restless leg syndrome. It has also improved my quality of sleep and the speed with which I get to sleep. I take two tablets just before bed. It worked very quickly - within a couple of weeks. After two months, I tried a couple of weeks without it & my restless leg problems recurred. Once I started taking the magnesium again the symptoms disappeared quite quickly.
