Have been taking these for a long time now and won't ever stop! In a blood test there was a spike on my liver profile and had heard milk thistle was good for the liver so gave them a try. In my next blood test there was no spike and all was normal. Even my doctor said keep taking the milk thistle!

I have been using lions mane for a few months now along side collagen and I can honestly say this really helps my brain fog which seemed to gradually get worse since being a certain age lol but I could not without both of these supplements. Thank you 🙏

I have been using BS for all my supplements, for the last year. NMN, Ashwaganda and Tongkat Ali. The quality of these supplements is second to none. I've had testicular cancer twice, so testosterone levels and my overall energy levels are poor. These supplements really have given me a noticeable boost, in every aspect.

I do believe the B12 makes a difference, but how can one know? I also take British Supplements Turmeric, Mega Mag and Vit D with K, though taking a break from that now Spring is here. Whatever they are doing I have lots of energy and feeling pretty good!
