from 39898 reviewsWow ! I was blown away at the speed of delivery of my recent order 👍 5 stars boys - too early to comment on my products yet but I know that it is a great company to buy from.
Superb quality and fast delivery highly recommended
Since taking Clean Vit C and Vit D + K, I have kept cold and lurgie free. Such a delight when I only had to look at a cold and I would be ill for a good 10 days. Thank you British Supplements …. I love your emails Chris with product details and so good to know I’m not paying out for just a load of fillers. Keep up the excellent work.
I'd noticed my nails really improving. Then went away for 4 weeks, forgot to take them with me so bought what I could. Outcome? Nails started their fave thing of splitting again. Back home 5 weeks now, back on British supplements and, lo and behold, seeing improvement in my nails again. Won't make that mistake again.
Started taking to reduce hair loss, a lot less hair comes out now when brushing. Also seems to be growing quicker than before so I am very happy
I've been buying from British supplements for a few years now and the experience had always been excellent. From the market-leading products to the excellent customer service, i feel lucky to have stumbled across British Supplements!! I'm currently taking 5 of their products including NMN, which has increased my energy levels, given me more mental clarity and i recover from the gym quicker too. And whilst there are other almost as good products on the market, nothing compares to the excellent customer service i continue to receive from British Supplements. They as so kind, knowledgeable and generous. Kindness goes a long way. Thanks guys for your continued support!!!
My husband started taking Turmeric along with Boswelia a while back for joint problems, having narrowly escaped major spinal surgery, so real pain that interrupts your day to day normal life.
We recently had to go abroad for a big family occasion and with all the planning and organisation completely forgot to pack our British Supplements. It was probably the second week that he really started to struggle, so much so we had to buy emergency pain killing products.
This has been a stark wake up call not to forget them again! On our return home and starting up the British Supplements again he is thankfully back to being pain free enough to carry on with normal life.
I don’t usually leave reviews as I need absolute unquestionable proof of the product, but this (painful) experience of NOT taking these has absolutely proved to us that this really works. Plus we know that there are no nasties in these products and if we ever run low the delivery is excellent.

It was that time of the year, that I was having dizziness, meaning that my iron level was falling very low, as I am slightly anemic. I started using Iron bisglycinate, and in a week I can say that I feel much better. Top formula from British supplements!
I have been wondering about starting this for a while to aid muscle relaxation and slow wave sleep. I do use a small sleep stack with other things but this has definitely helped get restorative deeper sleep phases in place. More generally I had slightly low magnesium anyway. As a recent kidney transplant patient I try and space magnesium glycinate about an hour before anti-rejection meds. I will keep this in the stack and have popped onto subscription. Quality product.
I’ve been buying from British Supplements for the last year, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The postage is always quick and reliable, with orders arriving well within the expected timeframe. The packaging is brilliant — secure, professional, and clearly handled with care.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow, which makes staying consistent simple and hassle-free. Most importantly, the results have been A-star. I’ve genuinely noticed a positive difference, and the quality really stands out compared to other brands I’ve tried.
I always recommend them to my family and friends because I genuinely trust the quality and service. After a full year of ordering, I can confidently say they deliver both great products and excellent customer care. Highly recommended.
I use Maca, Vit C, marine collagen and Boswellia. Because of the perimenopause, the 'ants on skin' sensation would kick in every evening , right before nodding off to sleep. That could result in so much fidgeting that it would disturb my partner and keep me from sleeping. Boswellia has really helped me with that. I take it before bedtime, and I've had next to no issue since with the 'ants on skin' irritation.. Let me caveat that with the fact that my symptoms are mild in comparison to some. What I had a bigger issue with is anxiety. I'd end up many nights, waking at two in the morning, mentally tugging at some mental 'loose thread' and imagining worst case scenarios. Of course, the anxiety increased stress, made me irritable and moody and, if left unattended, could fuel mild bouts of depression. Appreciate the hormones are acting up at this stage in my life but good grief! I tried the Ashwaganda. I think for highly stressed and high anxiety periods, this is a failsafe. For me though it felt like the calm that ensued was a result of a slight dulling of the senses. I was not as high strung for sure, but I also couldn't get that excited about stuff. I then tried maca. This is, hands down, my personal favourite! It's helped instill a sense of positive wellbeing that has in turn stopped the anxiety (and all the follow-ons that causes) and enabled me to once again be my professional best and show up for others in a meaningful way. I then had a time where I was dealing with a sudden eczema. My skin has rarely given me bother but I also am terrible at drinking water. However, with the perimenopause playing havoc with my hormones, one week of no extra water and too much coffee.... And my skin became impossibly dry. So sure, I increased my water intake but I also started taking the marine collagen. I still forget to drink enough water but I haven't had a break out of eczema like that since. Lastly and most recently, I have taken the olive leaf extract. It's been helpful in tackling my gut health and minimising the bloating. For the maca, Boswellia and collagen, I've been using this consistently for almost 2 years. The olive leaf has only been the last 2-3 months. Useful tips - the concentrations are strong. If you have a sensitive tummy, halve the recommended dose, listen to your body, and up your intake when ready. I take the maca before I go to sleep (especially effective if you've only just started taking it). I rarely take the full dose unless I feel my hormones acting up or I sense anxiety creeping up. Lastly, when trying supplements, don't put yourself on a whole bunch at once. Try one at a time. Appreciate your body is wired uniquely and what works for some may not work for you. So you need to go slow and figure it out. I'm so lucky to have access to British Supplements. The supplements are excellent quality.
All products have been amazing.
I can see that my skin is changing since taking the vitamins. My skin is more strong and less dry and soft. My nails are getting stronger. I feel I have more energy, is been a week now but I can see all these benefits.
Also I bought Vietnam C for my mum as she has gum disease. She notice her gum is not bleeding as much and she is not complaining about her gums. The vitamin C has a kick to it but she loves it.
I heard about NAC being great for respiratory health so, naturally, I came to British Supplements. They have been amazing in helping with my breathing. I have the beginnings of COPD, (apparently) and a light smoker, stupidly. But very quickly, I could tell the difference. I only use my preventative inhaler once a day now, instead of twice, and very rarely have to use my blue one. Very happy indeed.
