Still very early days but after a couple of weeks I went 5 nights sleeping for 5/6 hours, I then went back to normal 2 hours for visit to loo whilst I was away for weekend’s, since getting home I’m now back to 5/6 hours unbroken sleep, long May it continue. A point to note whilst reading other reviews, I hadn’t picked up that the supplements should be kept in the fridge, I do now.
I’ve been taking collagen from BS for 6 months now and am delighted with the results. I’ve suffered from soft nails and dry skin and hair for many years but now my nails are much stronger, growing longer and my hair and skin are noticeably less dry. I’m not having to use copious amounts of body lotion and conditioner. An added bonus is that my eyelashes have grown longer. I’ve always had short, sparse eyelashes but now they are thicker and longer. I will continue with the collagen because of these great results. I do take other BS supplements - Lions Mane, in particular, I believe has helped in clearing my brain fog and enabling me to concentrate better. My mood is improved too. Excellent delivery timescale from BS too. My orders are quickly processed and delivered which is great.

Just thought I’d share with you ones that take British Supplements D-K & natural C … I make it as a drink by opening them both up and putting them in a cup with two teaspoons of natural farm bought honey
( mix vits together with the honey) then add hot drinkable water. ( not boiling) Now this is far better and cheaper than the ginger shots that you now get from supermarkets for immunity …because ginger is already added in to the natural vitamin C capsules.. Just try it and enjoy a lovely warming healthy immune boosting drink. Had no cough and colds at all. Thank you British supplements

A researched extensively this supplement before taking it . There is plenty of research available including interaction with other drugs so I would advocate as with any other supplement people should research their own circumstances. You may also want to research the dose needed for clinical results in the studies . I am taking this to reduce my insulin resistance, control my blood sugar spikes and food cravings. Within three days of commencement I had seen improvement in blood sugar control and cravings. My intention is to repeat my AC1 blood test after 3 months of taking it. I have more energy and feel well. I did have a couple of nights of not sleeping well, feeling very awake but that has passed. I have now reordered.
I have been taking for a week now and my stomach is calming down quite a lot but a side benefit seems to be my skin is looking really good.. my OH pointed it out yesterday quite unprompted.. he said I looked "fresh" and considering I am not sleeping well, due to recent family bereavement, that is quite a compliment....
