I’ve tried others for H&B and they didn’t seem to do anything, however I fell across this website and read the reviews and thought I would give them a punt! I’ve been taking them now for 3 months and I have to say that I only get up once in the night or come early morning and I can live with that, sometimes I go through the night. It’s don’t know whether it’s the tablets or the diet I’m following (no caffeine, no fizzy drinks, less red meat, and nothing to drink after 7.30) so a combination of things but I’m sure these tablets might be helping slightly (placebo effect 🤷🏻‍♂️) anyway for the time being I’m going to keep taking them until my next visit with my consultant for my enlarged prostate.

Gives me a boost of energy

I usually buy the vitamin D & K2 10,000 IU but decided to change to Vitamin D & Vitamin C as I noticed a huge difference in the energy levels in my son who takes Vitamin C off British Supplements. They definitely give me a pep in my step. I love them but find they give me a little too much energy which makes it difficult to burn off and relax at night time on my days off work.

Blood test showed they boosted my vitamin D level

Blood tests confirmed that I had a vitamin D deficiency (categorised as dangerously low) about 3 years ago.
I was given vitamin D intravenously (through the veins) for 2.5 years. After blood tests every 3 months, there still wasn't anywhere near enough Vitamin D in my body to be characterised as in the acceptable healthy range.
