Review terms

The reviews expressed below are the opinion of British Supplement customers. British Supplements does not endorse these views, nor should they be regarded as medical advice or health claims.

Follow up due to ongoing Government attacks

Due to the on going pressure from the UK Authorities such as the Food Stanards Agency (FSA), Trading Stanards and the local Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, who continuously attack your freedom of speech when it comes to leaving reviews on our website in the united Kingdom of North Korea.

Funny how these government agencies never suggest we remove negative reviews when someone says a herb did nothing for them. It is always when there are positive results.

What are these agencies really doing to help people ? Are they fixing the toxic tap water throughout the UK ? Are they clamping down on the toxic chemicals in most (99%) supermarket foods ? Why does bread have 10, 11, 12+ ingredients in it ? is that normal ? What nutrition is in bread ? What does it turn into when consumed ?

Why are we not taught to eat for nutrition ? to fuel our cells so we can thrive and think more clearly ! Amino acids, electrolytes, peptides ? Haven't a clue? Pie and Mash ? yes please........

It is easier to start a business selling cakes with as many chemicals in them as you want, than it is to start a natural health business that actually helps people. You will not get attacked by the above for slowly killing people with death cakes, but you will for helping people in the UK as you are going against the system.

They do not want you the public to know anything about herbs. We are not even allowed to put categories such as "bone support", not allowed to put scientific links to any research and now they want to censor 25K+ reviews on our website. They want us to "cleanse" the reviews of "benefits" so there is zero information on any herbs that we make and sell.

No money in being Healthy - Lots of Money in Sickness + controlled and confused with depression and all sorts of brain disorders.

Programmed into a system to eat the stuff they want you to eat, so you get sick as early as possible so you eat their pills as soon as possible. Once you start one of their pills you will soon be on a bag of them due to the major side effects you are stacking.

Create a problem via diet, fix it with a lab-made pill that has major side effects that creates another problem most of the time. Fix that problem with another pill and so on and so on, that's the one way health system in the UK.

Resveratrol for Breathlessness

I caught covid autumn 2022 and just... did not get better. In bed on and off for months. Worst symptom is constant shortness of breath which landed me in A&E one time. However blood oxygen fine, chest x ray clear, and an inhaler didn’t help. Then weirdly one evening I had a couple glasses of red wine and felt temporary relief. Some googling later I found resveratrol can help with breathing issues and ended up here.

And these resveratrol supplements have been amazing. Really, really help with my breathlessness and the only thing that has worked. Of course YMMV, but I am delighted.

Trans Resveratrol

I use this supplement along with Berberine and ACV as I have type 2 Diabetes and they are all known to lower glucose levels. Since I have been taking these as a stack and following a low carb diet I have significantly reduced my sugars.
My orders always arrive fast and well packaged.
Thank you Chris and the team.

Awesome products

I’ve been buying from British Supplements for a few years now after being told to try some Boswelia for my joints and the inflammation I suffered from. Now I regularly take as many supplements as I can afford.

I have developed other medical issues (fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome) and my first stop was British supplements to see how I could help with these naturally. I went straight for the 5htp as I refused the anti depressants the doctor wanted to stick me on (I’m not depressed but my conditions do lower serotonin levels). 5htp helps me sleep and also helps raise my serotonin levels plus it’s natural, I knew this was good as I took it years ago when lifting heavy weights (th is lowers serotonin too) but unfortunately I used a company who used fillers and binders, no more only natural for me so BS is my go to company.

I do a lot of research into my conditions and Trans Resverastrol was recommended for the chronic fatigue, so I added that to the list of what I have tried and I have noticed a small positive effect, might take a while longer for it to help even more as I’m not a full month in yet.

Regular takes
Vit d3 &K2 for general health and fibromyalgia
Vit C for general health
5htp for sleep and fibromyalgia
Magnesium threonate stack to help with sleep
Echinacea for Fibromyalgia
MSM or Boswelia for inflammation
B12 for general health
Ginkgo Biloba for fibromyalgia
Chondroitin for arthritis which the early stages have been found in my knees

Others I have taken or take with short breaks inbetween (I’m not a millionaire)

Tongkat Ali (energy boost and feel like it helps restore natural levels of testosterone)
African Mango for loosing a bit of belly fat
Creatine for muscles

Trans Resveratrol

Firstly I have added these as an addition to my stack. I added them to help boost my immune system over a period which is historically not my healthiest. I am a professional gardener and at this time of year cut lots of hedges and heavy woodland maintenance type work, this for some reason causes me chest issues possibly dust etc. I have so far this year been clear of such issues. I also take Tongkat Ali, Mucuna, Turmeric and Ashwagandha. The supplements I buy from BS work because I feel the difference in what is a very physical life for a man in his 60s. Don't take notice of others BS buy from British Supplements. Note do not blame supplements for not working if you do not take responsibility for the rest of your well being...

Positive results that you can easily detect physically and mentally.

I’ve gone through periods in my life when I’ve supplemented, and periods when I have not. Like many people, I’ve wondered whether vitamins and supplements have any affect at all, in comparison to sleep, whole foods and so on. I discovered the difference between clean and pure vitamins and supplements around 10 years ago. The surprise for me was often feeling a distinct boost in energy levels and mental clarity. (Compared to previously using cheapo vitamins).

Since early 2020, I’ve taken a renewed interest in vitamins and supplements for obvious reasons. The general stress and fear wore me down for a while, and my general health and well-being suffered. After discovering British Supplements, I’m now around a year in as a repeat customer, and have forward supplies of perhaps 10 different products.

This review is on the trans resveratrol page because its a recent buy (Tony Robbins recommended resveratrol and omega 3 in his latest book). Other favourites of mine include a Zinc, Quercitin and NAC stack for charging the immune system and mental clarity. Ashwarganda for anxiety and sleep. D3 and K2 because it turns out that this is the most important vitamin that we can’t get enough of in the winter.
