I have tried many types of supplements over the years. I have learned however that just because I have tried one brand that hasn’t worked it may be that another brand will be more effective.

Some time ago I had a supply of Magnesium from another supplier that did nothing for me. I tend to take supplements sometimes a little slower than the recommended dose, as I often find the higher dosage can give me side effects, so I am still building up to taking the full amount, but I am really pleased with the results so far. Taking the NMN supplements has been pretty much a life changing experience for me.
I've been taking BS products for about a year now. I have an entire shelf in my fridge door dedicated to them. I can get through a day by pacing myself and still need an hour or 2 nap at lunchtime, buy if I pace myself; balance physical and cognitive tasks, rest in between, I can actually get through the day without passing out from a little activity like having a shower or washing the dishes, or 10 minutes of gardening, playing with my little boy.
I tested it on my husband ... gave him one when he felt so tired he struggled to concentrate on his work. The effects are no doubt life changing and exclusive to NMN.
I got so excited after taking them for 1 month, that for the first time after 5 years of struggle and pain I started planning my future and have dreams and plans again 😃

As an holistic mother of 2 and try and live my life big p#ram free ,as much as possible , I highly recommend this brand - as they say no rubbish ingredients. I started using nmn last month. Nearly finished my months supply . But wanted to wait until I feel and see before I wrote a view onto this - nmn is highly beneficial . Read up about it! Now finding a good one is SUPER HARD! Full of bulkers added ingredients that make the nmn not even nmn and it’s a con. Same as the market now of magnesium. It shouldn’t have a full list of ingredients added it’s not 100%. This stuff I seen working , I started to loose my hair this year and noticed it getting thin, that changed within 2 weeks! I also note the bags around my eyes have also started to become less dark. I feel more energetic and I also feel like my skin as changed and is able to hold its natural colour and I don’t look as pale anymore. Nmn like I said is hard to find, it’s worth the money getting this stuff . I've been taking British Supplements' Chlorella and VitD and K2 for around 3 months. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and my allergies are much better. It's great to find a product that is also pure and natural without any added fillers.

I was recommended to take ashwagandha to help me with my disturbed sleep. It’s still very early days but I think, and hope, there has been an improvement.
