Been using your Berberine for a month, I'm seeing my blood pressure go down to optimal levels. I came off my (very low dose) BP meds as I didn't feel great taking them, they were the second lot prescribed to me as the first gave me terrible ringing in my ears. I'm not recommending anyone does what I did, I have people who can advise me and I take my BP four times a day, but I am feeling so much better and less anxious now I know my BP is in the optimal range. I also take British Supplements Vit D3 with K2. Brilliant products which I now buy regularly. Just be careful with supplements, if possible, have tests done (vit D level, blood sugar etc) there's no point in taking something if you can't measure it's effect. We aren't all the same and some supplements can be detrimental. If you do want to take them then make sure they're from British Supplements !

I take several tabs from Brit Sup. They have enabled me to get out in the garden and I now go to the gym and swim twice a week.
The only prob I have with the capsules is telling the white ones apart.

I noticed two things changed a couple of weeks after taking plant sterols. My awful leg cramps virtually stopped and the restless leg syndrome that I used to get in the evenings also stopped completely. Both these problems had been bothering me for several years.

I started taking Marine Collagen just over two months ago. I tried this because of a recent knee injury in the hope they would help my chances of a faster recovery.. so broken bones and damaged cartilage are difficult to see but I have noticed a huge improvement in my nails which have always been weak and brittle…. So I am hopeful that with this big improvement that can be easily witnessed that the collagen is also doing its job for my injured knee joints.

Lions mane extract triterpenoids -it’s bloody good stuff! I’m a 46 yr old woman, ADHD, peri menopausal and I’ve been able to come off sertraline and propanonol without side effects, I can only put it down to this product as I take nothing else! I have a connective tissue disorder and as a result I have suffered with chronic gut issues for as long as I can remember. Slippery Elm is a life changer for me.

Been taking biotin for a couple of months now, I've noticed a massive change in my nails, growing stronger, not breaking, I can definitely feel a difference there, still have some hair loss, but not as much, but I think I need to look for a couple more supplements to support my body, I'm looking at vitamins C and D plus a magnesium ( not sure which one yet as there are a few to read up on, to find the one for me)
I'm definitely going to order the slippery elm for the acid reflux......
At the moment my stack is biotin, Ashwandda, lungwort and clean nac.
So I'm looking at
Magnesium
Slippery elm
Vitamin D +K2.
And another couple of supplements for the anxiety and for inflammatory infection.
I've no complaints at all with my purchases, it's not an over night cure....you have to wait for the supplements to build up in your body, then you start to see the difference.
Some types of supplements may not work for you straight away, but don't give up.....it can take up to 6 months for any of the supplements to work, some supplements start working pretty much within a week.....(Ashwandda)
We are all different in how we react to these supplements, what works for me, might not work for you....but there's other supplements to look and try out.
