Six weeks ago I started taking this along with the Mega Magnesium and even though I have paid a lot of money(I dread to think how much)in the past for my supplements from other companies which I thought were “clean no fillers” these from British Supplements are the only ones that really have made a difference. I have more energy and feeling more positive about day to day life.

More focused, more energized
My recent NMN order arrived the next day! I have been taking it for quite a while and like to keep up with the research on it online - so now I am trying it sublingually (emptying the capsule into a spoon, tipping it under my tongue and letting it slowly dissolve). Then resveratrol with a little yoghurt which helps to boost NMN. I take collagen and silica for bone health, plus quite a few other supplements. My point is that although it can be tedious to do the research, especially when there seems to be contradictory info, it has given me an insight into how different supplements can best work together (ie : vitamin D + K).
I am in my 70s, in reasonable health but wanted better, and it took me a while (research) to find the British Supplements website as I am sceptical by nature.
