My son and I have been using vitamin D from British Supplements for 6 months now. Neither of us have been sick over the winter. I was using 1000 iu previously but blood tests were still showing me as deficient, so hopefully I am now ok with those very high doses. Order and delivery services are easy and efficient. Price for value is good and I like that the filler is MSM. If you are going to spend money on supplement this is probably the first time to start with. We have been using other products from British Supplements and they have all proven to be good, my only requests would be to offer different dosage. There are certain supplements i purchase elsewhere as I prefer lower dosage.

I’ve been taking these supplements for a number of months. Without a doubt my nails and hair have strengthened. I’m cutting my nails more frequently and new hair has grown in where I had thinning hair growth.
I take turmeric for aching joints and recently noticed when I hadn’t taken it for about a week my aches had returned! Needless to say I’ll not be missing my daily dose from now on.

I ordered some Lions Main Supplement, the payment process was done quickly, the product arrived quickly, I Don,t have a Lab to test their claim regards how clean the product is, I.e no Filters etc, but so far I trust them and two weeks in my sense are alert and my focus is great.
