Over the years I have tried many supplements but the British supplement company is by far the best. I’ve noticed a difference quite quickly in most of the supplements. I’ve never been able to take fish oils without getting spots on my forehead but the Omega algae is absolutely fine with me and has helped my arthritis. Magnesium would give me heartburn but the mega magnesium is perfect and helps with sleep. I bought a months supply of Alpha GPC to see if it would improve my memory and have noticed a difference so will be ordering more. Red clover has helped my lungs recover after having covid and I’ve noticed less hair loss. I have bought ashwagandha for a friend and he’s less anxious and it has helped his sleep. Very pleased
So after reading the reviews I decided to try British Supplements Tonkat Ali. I've passed the half century mark and noticed a decline. My face was sinking inwards and energy levels had dropped. My recovery time on workouts was lengthy, unlike something else! After the 3rd week I began to notice that all of the above was reversing back. I now have much more energy and my face looks younger. It's crazy how low testosterone effects men. Very good product, leave some for me!
I can’t bear to take liquid apple cider vinegar, so these are really easy and bearable. I haven’t noticed any advantage as only been using for 3 weeks so I will update later
