I ordered a 3 month supply Vit D+K 5700, I counted the capsules and they were 93 of them !!!! I stopped for a week now and I di feel the difference so, I am buying it again for the 3rd time.

Over a number of years I developed a painful left hip due arthritis. There was a sharp pain getting out of bed in the morning and for the first 20 minutes of cycling. I've been taking the turmeric extract for about 6 months as well as home made turmeric drinks. I can report that the hip pain is gone. I cannot say that it is directly attributable to British Supplements, but the increase of my turmeric intake would coincide with the loss of hip pain.

I've been using Tongkat Ali since the end of 2022. If you find a decent quality source it absolutely 100% works. A quick google will show you what this supplement is best for in men.
I've tried other cheaper brands from time to time & there is a noticeable difference in quality & effects which are not worth the £10/£15 saving over buying from British Supplements. Always quick delivery too. Definitely recommend buying from here. If it is your first time trying this supplement I'd recommend waiting 6 to 8wks before comparing results, don't expect an overnight miracle.
I've been taking different supplements such as biotin, vit C and I can see and feel the difference since starting them. Hair feels thicker and stronger, clearer skin, more energy. Will be buying in repeat and trying new ones
