I have used other brands but since finding BRITISH SUPPLEMENTS I feel that my sleep pattern and my digestion is much much better ..early days but very promising.
My hair is growing very quickly since taking collagen and my skin seems to be much clearer. Always buy from BS as they are free from rubbish.

As an arthritic, I have always been sceptical about supplements.
