Clean Genuine Ashwagandha + Uptake Blend

Been taking two of these a day around 9pm as I wind down for sleep and it can’t be a coincidence that I’ve gained an extra 1-2. hours of sleep almost every night. After spending most of the last 10 years living on 5-6 hours sleep and feeling rough half of the day I’m now rejuvenated enough to actually enjoy getting out of bed and ready for work. I have only been taking them for around 2 weeks but noticed a difference in my quality of sleep on the third or fourth day. To be noted - I also take Tongkat Ali from British Supplements every morning and after a forced 3
months away from from lifting I was pleasantly surprised at how strong I was on my phased return to a lifting programme this week. You are a company that definitely gives and does what it says…. Very refreshing!!

A month ago I was not in such good shape (mentally) as I am today ( feb 2023) and I believe all this is down to Ashwagandha, they are amazing!
Last year I suffered with depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia. I was heavily withdrawn. I am now much more myself, sleep well, have more energy and feel....well just normal! Literally few days into taking Ashwagandha twice a day, my tummy had settled from the nervous anxious energy I felt all the time in my stomach. Anti depressants may have put me in a place to find alternative treatments but they are certainly not the answer & thankfully I came across British Supplements. After months on the horrid anti d's (awful side effects) I am now, with the help from BS, Ashwagandha, vit d3 & k I am off the anti d's. Withdrawal also horrid which says it all really. Thank you British Supplements for your awesome values and high quality strength supplements, and for helping me get my life back! 1 MONTH!! I'm totally amazed how good I feel and am now delving deeper into adaptogens and nootropics. Do your research they work! Ill be trying different ones over time and of course all from BS.
I have now added more to my daily stack, lions mane, turmeric, magnesium, vit c and zinc to help with other issues. I will review these on the appropriate pages when I feel I've taken them long enough to give a proper review.

I came off antidepressants with the help of these 3 supplements. I have been on antidepressants on and off for 30 yr!
I started with Ashwagandha first then added Lions mane then Cordyceps.
I feel the best i have felt in 30yr!
I also take a multitude of other supplements from British Supplements which include marshmallow, collagen, milk thistle, slippery elm, to name a few.

I've tried Ashwagandha before from other companies and couldn't understand the fuss. At the end of 2021 I went into menopause and with the lockdowns also went into a deep depression. I could barely get through the day and thought many times of ending my life to get away from the feelings of despair. I hid it from everyone until I eventually broke down and talked about how I was feeling.I started using Chris Ashwagandha with Rohdelia ,milk thistle and lionsmane. I had to start with 1 Ashwagandha as it was so powerful and it gave me a bit of heart burn but I preserved and took them all religiously.I have to say it took three months before I felt big changes ,there were small subtle things like sleeping better and feeling less foggy. Then I suddenly realised I felt happy for the first time. Id literally forgotten that feeling. The weight Id put on began to fall off, I had energy and focus. Its not dramatic to say these herbs saved my life.I would say don't expect a miracle on day one (you might be lucky)but don't give up either. When I stop taking them I dont feel as good so Im sticking with these for now and keeping note of how I feel so that if I need to change what I take I can.Highly reommend this company
