I have taken D3 in some form or other for a number of years. I am taking it as part of the BS Vitamin stack at the moment. My main reasons for taking it is to provide some immunity from colds and infections which I used to get regular as clockwork every year during the Winter. As an asthmatic, these can be tough, they lingered for weeks and made life a misery.
I’m not saying I don’t still get them, but they don’t knock me about like they used to and don’t seem to linger as long as they did previously.

I have been buying these for a while after reading vitamin D with K2 ensures calcium goes into the teeth and bones rather than the arteries. This is very important as there is a family history of heart disease in my partners family and a history of dental problems in mine.

After hearing my Sister bang on about British Supplements and seeing a difference in her lifestyle I decided to give the B12 a try and I can honestly say there is a vast difference in what I was taking before from H&B. The stuff used in the B12 I took before May as well have been blackboard chalk as it had little to no effect. Unfortunately this product gave me diarrhoea. I was talking to a friend and discussing what supplements she was taking. She happened to mention she was unable to take Tumeric because it gave her diarrhoea.
I stopped taking it and it immediately cleared up.
Love the fact that the ingredients dont have harmful bulking agents and chemicals in them like a lot of brands.
