I feel bad for not doing this sooner but I wanted to give this some time. Brand is superb. Delivery always quick and minimal packaging. Products are great. Before starting this supplement every joint ached and I was diagnosed with tendonopathy a few years ago so just put it down to getting older. I also had ridges in my nails like a McCoys crisp.
It has taken around 6 weeks for them to kick in but the difference in my joints is like night and day. My nails are also a lot smoother so this shows it is really doing what it's supposed to.

Can't comment yet on some of the supplements as i have only just started to take them but i have been taking the Vit D 10000 iu with k2 for probaly nearly a year now and i am the only one among my friends and colleagues who didn't get a nasty cold this winter.

I have waited a while before adding my review of Vitamin D3 + K2 10,000 IU
Six weeks ago I started taking this along with the Mega Magnesium and even though I have paid a lot of money(I dread to think how much)in the past for my supplements from other companies which I thought were “clean no fillers” these from British Supplements are the only ones that really have made a difference. I have more energy and feeling more positive about day to day life.
It’s good to be able to buy the correct dosage of Vitamin D3 + K2 10,000 IU which we all need.
The delivery was very good, I received my order the next day and Royal Mail tracking was spot on.
