I have just completed a months pack of Glucosamine Sulphate x90 capsules 3 a day I take all at once after breakfast . I have to say I am very happy I used to wake up with aching Joints all over . Supplements are great, I just don't like the package. Not convenient, especially if you buy for 3 months , they should come in separated bags or bottles

A quality product at a good price
I have suffered from night sweats for many years due to perimenopause and thought that it was just something I had to live with. I take other supplements from British Supplements already and thought I would give the sage leaf a go after reading other reviews. I'm so glad I did! I can honestly say that the difference is unreal. This has stopped my night sweats completely and almost straight away. I ran out for a couple of days and couldn't believe the difference when I wasn't able to take them. This along with BS magnesium has helped my sleep improve immensely. I also take BS biotin which has helped my hair and nails. I take Macca for perimenopause from BS and can honestly say that this has helped with my energy levels and makes me feel more myself again. It did take a few months for this to happen, but now after a year of taking this I really feel the benefit. I can't take HRT due to a family history of Breast Cancer, so BS has been a God send to me in helping with all my perimenopause/menopause symptoms.
