I sincerely believe that this Vit D K+ has protected me against the awful colds and viruses that everyone around me have been spreading around. I had a couple of days of sneezing while they were all ill but I felt fine.

I ordered from BS recommended by a friend. I’ve tried all varieties of off the shelf supplements orally and lotions to apply to sort my nails that were so brittle, ridged, cracked and painful peeling back to nail bed. Nothing made any difference UNTIL I used marine collagen from BS and within a couple of weeks they were stronger and now no splitting at all. As I continue to taken this my nails are stronger and I can put my hands in my pockets without ripping my nails. My skin and hair feel healthier too. Definitely recommend.

I have been using BS supplements for a while now, esp. Turmeric and Slippery Elm which helped me get rid of acid reflux and bloating. I have also dramatically reduced my intake of gluten. I ordered 3 months supply of Milk Thistle & B12 following the advice given by a blood analysis consultation. The practitioner recommended I use BS.
The results have been so positive I have just reordered another batch.

My son had lots of veruccas on the soles of his feet. It started with one about 8 years ago which got bigger bigger and ended up about the size of a pea! Then they multiplied until at the last count a few months ago he had around 25-30. We tried many things, all the usual over the counter stuff and some natural remedies. We decided not to try letting the doctor freeze them off because we learned that it doesn’t always work or last - the immune system has to switch on to deal with the virus causing it in the first place basically.
A friend suggested we try probiotics and by this point I’d discovered British Supplements. It was a lot of money to invest in what was only hope of a result but I thought it was worth a try and I’m so glad we did!! Within 6 weeks 90% of the veruccas had gone completely and he just had the remnants of some of the bigger ones which after another 6 weeks have also gone completely! I've always had problems sleeping which is why I do night shifts. It's easy for me to stay awake. I started taking valarian a week or two ago and it has helped me a lot. I have had some great sleep, it's a vast improvements. I wish I had known about valarian years ago. BS products have certainly helped me over the last few years. I recommend them.
