I'm so glad I came across British supplements few months ago. I've been taking their Ashwagandha for anxiety, vitamin D3 with K2, Berberine for PCOS as it helps with insulin resistance, lionsmane for better cognitive function, better focus, clear head etc. I've been very pleased with the results, I'm lot more calmer, feel grounded, less tired. Although nothing happens overnight, consistency is the key with supplements and it takes sometime to feel the results.
