Attribute my failure to develop the same lurgies my family bring home, to the regular consumption of this high strength vit d and k. Have recommended to them, but the fools don’t realise that not all vitamins are created equal and are content with inferior products (while still succumbing to whatever virus is doing the rounds!).
After the first month of using lungwort my husband is def coughing less and his chest seems clearer. We are optimistic that this is helping and will keep going with it as it complements his asthma meds.
Valerian is one of my go to, all time favourites.
I have attacks of anxiety and the Dr prescribed Propranolol. I read about Valerian and how it can be a great natural alternative to chemical medicine. Gave it a try and never looked back. I've been taking Valerian for a few years now and highly recommend it for anxiety issues.

I had vit d3 deficiency last year and bought these. In 3 months my vit d lvl went from 40 to 208. Also was taking magnesium with vit d at the same time. I highly recommend BS.

I am leaving a review against this supplement but myself and my family take a broad range of British Supplements to meet different needs. My daughter is premenopausal whilst my granddaughter who is 22 suffers from pre menstrual mood swings, skin flare ups and headaches. After purchasing NMN it sat on the shelf while I moved house, had a couple of health issues where I was prescribed steroids. Bone density tests, headaches, manky knees in the morning until I took the steroids. (hold on, I'm getting to the good part). I came across the reviews 2 days ago & took NMN with glucosamine & MSM & this morning woke up without my knees reminding me to take the steroids.I didn't take them today.
