Clean LungWort

Trying this as have spinal issues causing nerve pain and poor circulation in legs. I have noticed an improvement in legs meaning not icy cold at night. As only using for 10 days probably too early to affect any nerve pain need to give it a chance.

Early days but I think they’re working

I have been a believer in supplements for about 30yrs
and have always sought the available research in order to find the best quality. I have had arthritis since my 30’s beginning in my ankle . The available ops at the time were not suitable for me. Hence the search for alternative help . Having reached at point when I could not put any weight on my ankle even a supplement with a small amount of glucosamine , collagen and chondrotiin helped hugely for a short while. Then I knew that supplements were going to be my way forward. Moving on to needing help with arthritis in other joints I was so very pleased to come across British Supplements and their extremely high quality and much needed amount in each capsule. I take the above mentioned supps plus echinacea , zinc. Biotin, silica, lions mane, lung wort, omega3, ginkgo, astaxanthin ,vitc. Magnesium. several more . Some I take every day with out fail and others spread over the week. All are so helpful and I feel well and any other illness that crops up - I
Deal with it by taking BS supplements.

I am now in my 70’s

Ive been taking reishi, rhodiola and lions mane for a few months and my energy levels are much higher amd its really noticeable during the monthly horrors as i am no longer super tired even at that time of the month. This has also meant food cravings at that tine have reduced massively. I fully recommend. I have recently added cordyceps to my prder so i will see how that goes. I always buy my magnesium from british supps, too. This helps with my sleep. I onlybuy supplements from here because i know they aren't full of rank fillers and they are quality. I take these everyday, all year round. We are naturally deficient in vitamin D as we do not get enough sunlight in the UK. Unfortunately the weather continues to be interfered with by the people in control, so who knows what the future holds for our health.

Saw Palmetto isn't a cure for an enlarged prostate but I have tried several other suppliers and the BS capsules are by far the best at controlling the symptoms and at much less cost than other suppliers.

Uncertain about efficacy of product. Still some indigestion. Need to give it Longer time to prove itself.. Still quite positive, nonetheless. : )
