I always used to but my supplements from H&B as I thought they were a British company, how little I knew! I like the ethos of British supplements and have just started swapping from the other supply, no problems so far so very happy and will monitor any longer term effects.

I have been taking various BS supplements for 3 years and their vitamins and their ethics are exceptional. Recently I woke up with awful pain in my right hip and shooting down my leg, I lived with it for a few weeks, hoping it might go away but thought I bet BS has something to help, so I read some reviews and Boswellia seemed to be working for quite a few people so I ordered some along with my Astaxanthin, vitamin C, B12 and Olive leaf. I don’t know why I’m so shocked, as their other products have helped me, but after only one week, I could sleep one two weeks later there is no pain at all. Directly due to toxic "life saving' drugs, my eyes started to blur, dried up, cataracts grew and I could hardly see. I’ve been taking British Supplements’ Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Zinc, and NAC, and I wanted to share my experience, particularly with NAC (N-Acetylcysteine).

I have ulcerative colitis and was enduring a flare-up when I decided to experiment with NAC for its anti-inflammatory properties. Of course, the hospital wanted to put me on Rinvoq, an immune suppressant that comes with a black box warning for serious risks like DVT, stroke, and even death. After doing my research, I found positive results in studies exploring NAC for IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease).

The standard daily dosage for patients in remission is 600mg, but I doubled my dose, and I genuinely feel it’s helping to reduce my inflammation levels. My bowel movements are now normal, and I feel much better overall.
