Never without vit-D

I take these everyday, all year round. We are naturally deficient in vitamin D as we do not get enough sunlight in the UK. Unfortunately the weather continues to be interfered with by the people in control, so who knows what the future holds for our health.

Saw Palmetto isn't a cure for an enlarged prostate but I have tried several other suppliers and the BS capsules are by far the best at controlling the symptoms and at much less cost than other suppliers.

I think they work

I have high cholesterol and BP which is familial. I train 3 x week and am of slim build. I started staking the plant sterols as my doctor wanted to add to my statins. After 4 months I had a new blood test ( begged my doctor) , my total cholesterol had gone down from 5.6 - 4.8.
I had also made some lifestyle changes, like reducing my eggs from 2-3 per day to 2-3 per week. I also started eating avocados daily, Im not sure how much this contributed to the reduction.
Anyway I am delighted I don't need to take more drugs but I am planning on reducing my statins after speaking to my doctor.

I’ve been diagnosed with Primary Parahyperthyroidism. My symptoms include chronic fatigue, memory loss, brain fog, depression as well as other ailments. I was really struggling.
