I use to have lots of cramps by taking the magnesium supplements at least 3-4 times a week helped relieve my cramps.

I have tried a couple of magnesium but the gave me diarrhoea and stomach issues.

I wasn't sure if saw Palmetto would work, however l glad to say that it does. l have only been taking for a short time so am hopeful that things will get even better

Refrained from writing a post before I see results. I started using BS about 3 months ago.
Issues looking to fix:
- boost immunity (was prone to colds and rhinitis sinusitis)
- digestion (was prone to bloating and constipation)
What I bought (on long term):
- Vitamin C (lab version)
- NAC
- Artichoke
- Slippery Elm
Results:
Immunity: Haven’t fallen sick and even if something is off, recovers next day. My nose doesn’t have those yellow sticky mucous usually associated with infection, which I do get very often especially in the morning. Had not used anti-histamine for awhile. True test will come next year in spring!
Digestion/Gut: Bowel movements are a bit more often. More significantly, experiencing less bloating after meals.
Recently I have also started to include Vitamin B complex, zinc, astaxanthin. Astaxanthin, I would say work pretty quickly. Day two and I can feel my eyes are less tired. Will look into Vitamin D3+K2 once I finish with the liquid version I have from Thorne. And also biotin or silica whichever gives better results for hair loss. I am trying to streamline the amount of pills I pop…
All in all, I do really like the clean and no harmful fillers approach of BS. I literally used to scour iHerb for clean supplements (yes, plenty of ingredients reading and comparing efficacy per £ paid) and no one comes close to BS. Given the choice, I would always try to support local business, especially a company who has so much passion and thought put into it. Looking forward to more exciting products from BS, protein shakes, collagen and creatine in powder, pumpkin oil. From the choices of supplement I want anyone can guess my age :P

Being using British Supplements for while now
Collagen, Turmeric and Chondroitin they all help with the RA that I have had for a long time
especially my knee which I don't want to have replaced for many reasons therefore I like to use supplements especially ones that don't have any additive ingredients.
