I’ve been taking BS Ashwaghanda for about 3 weeks now, on top of Mega Magnesium for the last 3 months. I have Rhodiola on order and have added B12 back into the mix, just to be sure of what was working. This combination, along with quitting caffeine, more exercise, eating keto but adding sweet potatoes for the tryptophan - seretonin - melatonin, has really helped me to feel more relaxed. I can feel years of excessive cortisol, slowly but surely, leaving my body. I still struggle with insomnia however, I am sure with consistency and continuing to add more adaptogens, things will improve. Thanks BS!

I’ve been taking BS for two months now and I have just reordered as I never want to be without them! I have personally felt a noticeable difference in dark circles under eyes taking Chlorella but the personal favourite benefit from Chlorella is detoxification after a boozy night, my hangovers are now non existent taking one before alcohol and the morning after! Also works great for excessive eating! Spirulina has been great for my grey hair and hair thickness. I’m impressed with the Mega Magnesium and Vit D3 K2 helping me sleep better and Collagen helping my joints especially knees when running. I wouldn’t be without clean supplements now! I like they are capsules too, makes it very easy to take!
I’m a 61 year old male and for many years have felt exhausted by mid afternoon most days requiring an afternoon nap. I’ve also felt very low emotionally for several years and consequently my libido all but disappeared. I’d read about the benefits of Ashwagandha so I thought I’d try it (although sceptical). I bought these as I had an everlasting cough since Christmas. My cough went within a week or so but I’m not sure if that was the lungwort or the end of this so-called ‘100 day cough’ which seemed to be everywhere. My husband is taking for an ongoing sinus infection but not finding it’s doing much although he’s only been taking around 6 weeks. Have bought more for my dad who has COPD just due to the reviews I have read. He’s been taking just a few weeks so not much of a result yet. I would always choose BS over any other brand though - good to know it’s not just a tiny bit of goodness wrapped in who-knows-what. Also championing a British company!
After some research, my wife has been taking this supplement for roughly 3 weeks. She has a long history of IBS type symptoms and has tried many products to help with this.

I am taking this supplements for more than 6 months now and I am doing a course over the winter period. Because I live in the UK and we see the sun a few days per year in the winter and spring time I found this website and ordered vitamin D. In combination with magnesium and zinc it helped with my immune system, didn't get a cold and also helped withy stressful job. I managed to work and sleep well and be a more positive person.
